How do I download AudibleSync?

1. Download the AudibleSync app .
2. Open the downloaded file.

How do I sign in to the AudibleSync app?

1. Open the AudibleSync app.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Enter your Amazon account information.

How do I download a title in the AudibleSync app?

You will need to download a title in the AudibleSync app before transferring it to your MP3 player. 

1. Open the AudibleSync app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Next to the title you’d like to download, select Download.

Note: Once a title has finished downloading, the Download button will no longer appear.
       

How do I activate an MP3 player in the AudibleSync app?

You must activate your accessibility device before you can use the AudibleSync app. This can only be done using a Windows 10 or 11 computer. 
 

1. Open the AudibleSync app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Connect the device to your computer.
4. Select the device icon.
5. Select Activate Device.
6. Enter your Amazon account information.

How do I transfer a title using the AudibleSync app?

1. Open the AudibleSync app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Download the title you want to transfer.
4. Connect your accessibility device to your computer.
5. Select the title.
6. Select Copy to Device or drag and drop the title into the device.
