Audible titles are available for purchase through the Android app, Audible website, and Amazon. Anyone with an Amazon account can buy individual audiobooks using a credit or debit card, even without a subscription. However, only active Audible subscribers have the added benefit of using membership credits to purchase titles.

How do I buy titles in the Audible app?

 To use your membership credits or debit/credit card to purchase audiobooks on the Audible app, follow these steps: 

1. Pick a title you want to buy and go to its detail page.
2. Choose a purchase option:
   • Buy with 1 credit
   • Buy for ₹X.XX
3. Tap Confirm.

Note: The option to purchase Audible titles through the iOS app is not available. 

After making your purchase, your title will be sent to your Library and you’ll get an e-mail confirmation.

How do I buy titles on the Audible desktop site?

There are four ways to purchase a title on the desktop site with or without a membership. After making your purchase, your title will be sent to your Library and you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation.

From search results

1. Search for the title you want.
2. Select Add to Wish List next to the title you want.

From the title’s detail page

Choose a purchase option:

• Buy with 1 credit
• Buy for ₹X.XX
• Add to cart

Note: You’ll be asked to confirm your purchase immediately if you choose a Buy option. If you add the title to your cart, you’ll need to complete checkout from your cart.

From your cart

1. Choose whether to apply 1 credit or pay cash.
2. Select Proceed to checkout.
3. Select Confirm purchase.

How do I buy titles on the Audible mobile site?

There’s only one way to purchase a title on the Audible site with or without a membership. After making your purchase, your title will be sent to your Library and you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation.

1. Go to the title’s detail page.
2. Choose a purchase option:
   • ​​​​Buy with 1 credit
   • Buy for ₹X.XX

Note: You’ll be asked to confirm your purchase immediately if you choose a Buy option. Mobile web doesn’t currently support cart checkout.

How do I buy titles on Amazon?

Both members and non-members can purchase Audible titles on Amazon.

Purchase an Audible title

1. Go to the title’s detail page.
2. Choose a purchase option:
   • If you're not an Audible member, select Try Audible Free.
   • If you're currently an Audible member, select Buy with Audible Credit.

Note: If you take a free trial, your payment method will be charged after the 30-day trial ends unless you cancel. If you buy a title with 1-Click, you’ll be charged full price.
 

Can I keep titles marked as “Buy for ₹0.00”?

Yes. When you select Buy for ₹0.00, the title is yours to keep forever. Titles marked as “Add to Library” are included in the Plus Catalogue, but you don’t own them. If you cancel your membership, you lose access to Plus Catalogue titles.
