Where you'll see error codes

Error codes appear as red banner notifications at the bottom of your screen in the Audible app. The message shows a description of the issue first, followed by the error code in parentheses—for example, "There was an issue with playback (Error Code IP-2)." You may see these error messages on different screens throughout the app, including the player, title detail pages, and your Library.

Playback error codes start with IP- or AP- and appear when there's an issue playing your audiobook or podcast.
