3. Select Turn On beside Two-Step Verification (2SV) Settings.

3. Select Manage beside Two-Step Verification (2SV) Settings.
4. Select Disable beside Two-Step Verification.
5. Enter the code sent to your phone number, or generated through the authenticator app.
6. Select Verify code.

How do I recover my account if I lose access to my Two-Step Verification method?

If you don't have access to your phone number, authenticator app, or backup credentials for Two-Step Verification, you can:

1. Sign in from a trusted device on your Amazon account to bypass the Two-Step Verification code.
2. Go to the Amazon.in Contact Us page to recover your Two-Step Verification information.

How do I recover my account if Two-Step Verification fails?

1. Go to Two-Step Verification Account Recovery.
2. Follow instructions to upload your ID document.
• Acceptable IDs include:
  • A state-issued driver license
  • A state ID card
  • A voter registration card
3. Ensure your name, address, and issuing authority are visible.
4. Cover any sensitive information like account or ID numbers.
