Occasionally, app features and functions may stop working because the app hasn’t been updated to the latest version.

Note: An update will only display if there’s an update available to download. If you’re using an older device that doesn’t support the latest version of the app, you can continue to listen to all of your audiobooks on another compatible device or in the Audible Cloud Player.

Update the iOS app

1. Open the App Store.
2. Select your profile icon.
3. Find and select the Audible app.
4. Select Update.
5. Select Open to see the latest version of the Audible app.

Note: If you don’t see the Audible app, you may need to swipe down to refresh your list of available updates.
   

Update the Android app

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Select your profile icon.
3. Select My apps & games.
4. Find the Audible app in the Updates pending list.
